Children’s Interactive Market:

 This area features: rock painting, community mural project and ticket sales. Volunteers work a minimum of 4 hour shift on Saturday and 3 hour shift on Sunday. Sunday’s last shift will include one hour of clean-up in this area.

• Saturday October 17, 2009 – 10:00am-2:00pm, 2pm-6pm
• Sunday October 18, 2009 – 11:30am-3pm, 3pm-6pm

Artist’s Load-In & Load-Out:

Load-In is a 4 hour shift Saturday morning, 6am-10am and will consist of directing artists to their booth space then to reserved parking. Load-Out is a 3 hour shift Sunday, 5pm-8pm directing artists out of event venue. Sunday’s shift will include light clean-up.

 Artist’s Hospitality:

 Volunteers are responsible for assisting the artists by watching their booths during breaks and distributing water throughout the day. Volunteers will work a minimum of 2hour shifts.

 Set-up & Strike

Set-up is a 3 hour shift Saturday morning, 7am-10am and will consist of setting up two BAA tents and two children’s booths, signage, and various other functions. Strike (tear-down) is a 3 hour shift Sunday evening, 5pm-8pm.
